The Brilliant Jean Paul Gaultier

I went to see the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition at Le Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal over the weekend. I can’t even begin to express how blown away I was. From the moment I came around a corner and began my ascent of a sweeping marble staircase towards the glowing neon sign announcing the beginning of the spectacle, I was drawn into the fantasy world of Mr. Gaultier. From the animated mannequins, to the elaborate works of art that are the clothing, to the super sexy lighting, every detail was stunning. If you will be in Montreal before October 2nd, go see this show! It’s really not to be missed.
